i never once said i didn't know bisaya. i said my grammar and writing is bad in bisaya. i'm more fluent in english. but thanks for pointing this out. it's totally related to the topic and argument. keep digging a deeper hole for yourself.

the guy complaining about my english and that i type in bisaya. which has NOTHING to do with the argument - is calling me a crybaby. i honestly love your logic. please keep going.
Hahaha, im pointing this out to show you how inconsistent you are with your posts. Bro, there are a lot of them but i really find this one too funny.

that's pretty funny. the sack of rice thing. i will. and good luck on your bulk. in the end you'll thank me for giving you some tough love and calling you out on your laziness. at the end of the day. argument or not. i still want you to succeed.

don't ask to be spoon fed. you're obviously smart and can do your own research just fine. finding information for yourself is more beneficial and when you execute it yourself - you'll be more proud. just like muscle gains.

information and self knowledge. you understand WHY you did it. instead of just DOING it. when you understand WHY you did something. you can ADJUST it. and make it 100x BETTER.

body building is tailored to the individual. what may work for me. may not work for you. you may even find something that works better.

i still can't do 1 pull up until this day. but every back day bro. trust me when i tell you i go beast mode on that assisted pull up machine. i give it my all. because it's just me.

i do this with my brain and spirit. not just muscles. come on dude. we're in our 30's the last thing we need to be doing is fighting on the internet over body building -_-

it's like 4:30 AM in the morning. hahahahaha. it's leg day tomorrow. you're killin' me bruhhh.

    week 6
    3200 calories
    200g protein
    400g of carbs
    90g of fat

1.5 KG of rice is the max i'll eat. minimum is 1 KG - 1.2 KG. which puts me pretty much at 400g of carbs for the day. i think people are taking what i say to specifically without adjusting it for themselves. i guess i'll stop being so specific. hehe. there are other ways to hit carbs without all the calories from rice you know. hehe.

i eat anything i want. except stuff that trigger my gout or arthritis.
something i eat constantly is 3-5 fudgee bars / doowee donuts / cupp keyk per day. LOL.

i change my clean bulk diet on a weekly basis. the more muscle you build. the more calories you lose.

post meal workout - Meal 2

    500g of cooked rice
2 pansit cantons - beef asado
1 full order of liempo from Mr Liempo
    1 ube cupcake
    1 doowee donut

ayay, mura mani ug IF! salute you for your technicality sir! sorry, wala ko nag back read, u into strength training? how long lifting

hehe. nope i don't IF [ wish i could though ]. i can't. the diabetes won't allow it. if at any point i feel hypoglycemic. i get really tired and dizzy. i'm currently doing a clean bulk for hypertrophy and strength gains. but my end goal is aesthetics. been working out religiously and properly for 2 months. but started going to the gym on Feb 15.

    edit:
by IF you meant Intermittent Fasting right?

hahaha, time to move on bro. We may have different views, we still have the same goal which is to build muscle and strength. Props on your dedication bro and also to your knowledge. You seem to find the perfect regimen for you( as you mentioned in your previous post). I agree with what may work for you may not work for me, different folks different strokes sorry for the rice thing bro, i think that was the reason which ignited everything, the name callings, bashing etc.

Hope to meet you one day, maybe we should organize a group workout one day. In this way, we can learn a lot from you guys. And more importantly, we can create a community. Also, sorry for taking away some of your time last night. I know how brutal leg day would be for you, hope you still have more energy doing your ATG squats.

    cheers brah!

i use to feel sorry for myself or think i wasn't capable of doing this or that. especially training wise. since i've always failed due to health reasons. i can't even count the times i've joined a gym and had to stop after 1 month due to injury or an arthritis attack. i'm diabetic with THREE types of arthritis. but after i read this kid's story. i stopped feeling sorry for myself and stopped making excuses.

if a cancer patient can do it.....anyone can.

salute. hahah. don't worry about feeling embarrassed. post your pics! no one's going to criticize you and if they do chances are they are jealous and don't have the itlog to post their own pics. i can guarantee you you'll get nothing but inspiration and motivation. i've been following this thread for awhile now. a lot of helpful and informative people.

the transformation and work done is definitely great, but just to set everyone's expectations though he did not get that body naturally @ 19 years old without the help of AAS or GH...

Personally, i wouldn't spend money on amino tabs at all. Just think about it. ON Amino 2222. 1 serving = 2g. Seriously, what will 2g of amino acid/protein do to your system? Do you really think 2g will produce a SIGNIFICANT effect? I'd rather buy an egg(6g protein on average) than waste money on Amino supplements. The only advantage it has is it no longer has to be digested, since it's already in its simplest form. BCAA's and EAA's are the only amino supplements worth mentioning.
dont know how much amino tabs, BCAA's, EAA's and most of all EGGs i have eaten lol so far all tests went back normal lol

PS Glad to see the thread busy again Xeno

hmm. hahahaha yeah i think i'll have to agree. but GH's or not. he still had to get out of that hospital bed every morning and put in time and work. even after chemo therapy. etc. even after the hospital . he still had to get out of bed every morning knowing that his body might shut down again. and god only knows what medicine he was taking. if anyone knows any cancer patients personally - the majority of cancer medicine besides treatments make you REALLY fatigued. my motivation wasn't his body. it was that he got up everyday and did his thing. cancer or not. which is one of my training dogma's now "NO EXCUSES"

i don't condone GH but i'm not against anyone that uses it either. still have to go into that dungeon that we call the gym and slay dragons [ weights ]

much love. apologies as well. let me know how your bulk is going. it took me about 3 weeks or so to start noticing. but if i remember correctly i think you said you were at 15% or so BF? 200-300 is too low to add over your TDEE. you'll burn it quick with your lean body.
