Job Description:
This position involves sourcing USA based candidates for USA based clients based upon job descriptions.

Responsibilities:
• Source candidates via various job boards, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct initial phone screening.
• Interview and evaluate candidates based on the job requirements given by hiring managers.
• Endorse shortlisted candidates to the Delivery Manager.

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• BPO Outbound call center experience is a plus.
• Recruitment experience is a plus.
• Must be motivated and able to work independently and in teams.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
