My wife and I are also planning to buy a house. We're torn between lot only (With your help, we'd be able to construct a house), or House and Lot.

We prefer the more modern Zen look.

Mga brader nga arkitek,engineer ug contractor..me and wife nag plano ug build sa among dream house puhon.naa mi gikuha nga yuta,its a corner lot 210sqm..naa mi diris amerika nanarbaho krn and i like the way the house built here.like pre.fab wall and stuffs.naa bay dry wall sa ato?mas ganahan kog drywall kaysa semento..anyways,hopefully we can avail a loan sa pagibig around 3m-3.5m..are these possible with the budget?

1. 2 storey around 280sqm total area.
2. 2nd level is a master BR with master T&B and WIC.2 bedroom with shared T&B and a little space entertainment area.
3. 1st level kitchen,living room,dinning room,maids room with T&B and powder room.
4. Atleast 2 carpark
5. A basement atleast half size of the floorplan.

What dyo think mga amigo nko nga banggiitan sa construction?

Ask lang ko if feasible ba magtukod ug balay nga parehas anang sa US -> Framing (construction) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Ok ra guro butangan ug basement unya medyo elevated pud ang house para concrete gyud ang bottom/foundation pero as much as possible unta kay wood (or kanang alternatives like engineered wood, etc).

Nindot kaau ang framing sa mga balay sa US bro,kahoy tanan..anyways,mao sad na ako gusto labi na sa interior.like drywalls and hardwoods.ok ra mag basement i.elavate lng gamay ang balay kay dapat naay windows ang basement.
