What is he process also? They onterview me through phone first? I have no idea whatsoever. Basin naay maka enlighten nako ini.... Never worked in a call center yet. Thanks daan.

Guys, ask ta ko ba. I've went through the five (5) interviews already. Then at the last one, the one who interviewed me told me on sending me an email 1-2 days after. I heard from my friends that it's one subtle way of rejection, but as what he said, he cannot tell right away since he has to review everything and it has to be on the recruitment part on the final say. My friend who worked there said that he is not sure since he cannot speak in behalf of the recruitment.
What could be the verdict for finishing the five interviews and getting a response on their decision 1-2 days after when the person who interviewed me was NOT from the recruitment? Thanks.

The same questions were asked. "Tell me more about yourself", "Tell me about your work experiences", etc. The same questions from the beginning would resurface one after the other. It was quite irritating due to the echo generated for recording your answers with the american interviewer. They called me up on the same day.
