Bleeding during brushing or after is not normal. Ur having a perio problem... See a perio doctor, not same ni cla sa dentist. Hope this help
ingnani sad ko. mao to nangutana ko sa dentist. ingon niya emassage imo gums og dentec. naa ni sa pharmacy. or ingon pa gani siya na asin, effective pud.
gingivitis is relatively normal coz it hits 9 out of 10 people daw, even higher in 3rd world countries.
have a prophylaxis by a GUM DOCTOR,a Priodontist. Then maintain it by flossing every day, brushing 3 times a day with a good mouth wash. i prefer oracare, bactidol or crest. steer away from astring-o-sol or listerine maka baho hinuon inig kadugay.
do not use toothpicks because it bruises your gums.
