kon siya ra usa ang user sa provider na. naka experience pud mi ana before sa globe gipailisan namo ug modem. ni ok ra pud.

pldt sad siya not globe...

pwede motry cya ani...
1. turn off pc
2. disconnect ethernet cable
3. turn off pldt dsl modem
4. press reset hole while powercable is plugged in from dsl modem to wall outlet
5. wait for 10mins (this is the most critical part)
6. turn on pc then turn on dsl modem, wait for link lights to display solidgreen state (ang ethernet ani kay off pa & activity light pud)
7. reconnect ethernet cable if u can see ur desktop icons; then try accessing websites; if nogo call PLDT....

it's 1 way of t/s ur dsl modem...f this won't work there's a strong possibility guba ang modem..call pldt dayon para pailisan
