It would have been better if you went for package sis, like sa Maternity. At least bisan C/S ka, dako kaayo ka ma save compared nga ma private ka. I gave birth through C/S and I know how expensive gyud sha... But if it's what's best for baby, then go for it.

Do you have PhilHealth? Or other health insurances? Or under ka sa imo hubby sa PhilHealth? dako kaayo na help sa bills ig give birth nimo. I have no experience sa Sotto, but hopefully ok lang pud unta ila service sa L/D.

    Makatabang nig dako:

    Download Advanced Woman Calendar 5.2

An ovulation calendar provides loving couples with a great possibility to prevent unwanted pregnancy, or, if they wish, to get pregnant quicker and easier. One solution that makes this possible is a tool called Advanced Woman Calendar. This software provides you with two opportunities: the ability to conceive more quickly by tracing days when you are most fertile or an opportunity for natural birth control.

If you are trying to conceive, the ovulation calendar can be used to find your most fertile days of the month since it will track your menstrual cycles once you have typed in the data into the program. This tool will also tell you of your safe days in which it is extremely improbable that you’ll be able to conceive.

The information is provided in a colorful and user friendly calendar, with your safe days and you most fertile days highlighted. The program is very easy to use and provides you with the most accurate information that you would expect from an ovulation calendar provided by a doctor or a gynecologist. So, whether you are tired of pills and other birth control methods or you are trying to get pregnant faster, this software is the solution for you. It can also help you increase the chances of having either a girl or a boy.

This a software and you can download it for free at --->http://www.imgnooz.com/download-adva...endar-5-2.html

Dako gyud sha labi na kung private room imo pili-on. I think 50-60k na karon ang OB's fee. Mas maka barato ka kung ward.

hi. i gave birth to my baby last feb 28 2013. expected niya actually was march 15 pa. but murag gadali gyud. wala ko nag think manganak nako ato nga time, nagtuo ko nga simple poo-poo case lang. nag cr pa ko twice actually before nako nakit-an nga nana blood nigawas. so nagdali2 ko ug ligo para dili samok akong feeling inig panganak haha super long hair man gud ko sauna. pag abot nako sa hospital nagwait ko sa OB kadali. siguro mga 7:30 mi naabot didto. nag-ilis ko dali2 while naminaw sa kasaba sa mga nurse and kinsa pa to sila - nganu daw kadto pa ko niadto nga fully dilated nako. lol unya kung magsayo kasab-an pud kay sayo ra. mga 4am man yata gasugod akong labor pero mao to nagthink ra lage ko nga need to go to the cr lang.

nigawas si baby kay 8:02am. yey!

i would highly suggest pregnancy yoga jud and lamaze breathing exercises. sayang kay walay in-ani diri sa cebu. i would have enrolled sa mga pregnancy classes. nindot makat-on unsa ang proper breathing for when maglabor ug kung manganak na gyud ka. para ka 1-2 utong ra, gawas na daun si baby. humana daun and rest na daun. hehehe.

good luck sa mga current and future mommies pud!

oh yeah, nag watch pud ko sa ako diet pag later months. kay it is better gyud nga dili ka mudako ug maayu aron dili lisud. unya na padak-a si baby inig gawas. ako baby was around 5lbs paggawas.

i suggest pregnancy yoga, lamaze and lots of walking. maka help jud.

akong mama btaw, kana magbilangkad ko kay kasab-an ko mudako daw ang ulo sa bata. na intawn ka lisod dili magbilangkad kung dako na kaau imong tiyan.

i would do gani exercises like lunges and wall slides, as low as i could go, makatabang daw na ug open sa cervix ba to...para dali ra mugawas si baby...
