So far, pag back read naku diri, wala man jud crucial info about the job kung worth it ba. @freewilly - ngano nag mahay man ka? Pwd i pm ko? You see, i was hired April 1 - 17k ko tungod sa ako 8yrs experience sa BPO. Then 2k allowance so 19k starting ra na, and tier 2 ko. Thing was, 3 months pregnant ko at that time so HR Manila instructed me to come start working/ training for them after my Maternity Leave. Karon, i really need to be sure cos lisud ma out of work nga naa ko baby buhion, esp single mom ko. Currently, sa AEGIS ko, financial account. Balik na ko work sa 23rd sa AEGIS pero if ok ni ang Cognizant, di na ko mo balik Aegis. Pls freewilly tell me ngano dismayado ka sa cognizant and dili ka mag dugay.. TIA

cognizant was ok f0r the first three months i had with them.no trainer,puro dula lng...daun study sa insurance.after ato ngkawalay laro...palpak sa payroll,,,mashock nlng ka y nakay minus nga 300 or more..then ang benefits ok lng not that overwhelming jud.company facilities ok pud.sweldo gamay kau..dako pa cvg...ang reason kay bag o pa daw ang comapny and they need revenue pa...gc? gaan lang ka ug 100 worth of starbucks for perfect attendance..hihii.at least... sayon ang account but tihik ug management.if you want to be promoted,it would take at least one year if ang imp performace evaluation is at 4 or 5 ang rating...but if dili mga 1 yr or more...depende pud if ngneed cila ug agent for that lob i absorb ka nila...but make sure if moapply ka dari kay this company raba kay naay competition clause which means di ka kaapply ug callcentetr nga major competitor sa cognizant..like exl,accenture,cvg,unitedhealth..telstra ug xlib or stream ang modawat nimo if gikan kag cognizant because u have to wait 1 year pa mavoid ang contract,,,daghzn ningresigned dari uy because ofthe company jud..

be careful with your decision.once you worked here,you can only apply to telstra or other companies who are not competitor with cognizant.they have non competition clause which is a cursed. mau rapud wa nko gideclare ang cognizant kay di jud ko madawat.i was turned down by some bpos na competitor sa cognizant because if this s**t. lami kau ipa dole ba kay murag ideprived atong rights na makakita ug lain na work sa bpo industry.mahay lang hope i didnt apply in cognizant...

Hahaha... Mao lage ning mohawa2x nya magpabilin dayon ug istorya hahaha... Basin ganahan ka makig istorya sa mga new hire karon unsa kadako sa ila sweldo... So far sa amo LOB, wa man mi disputesa sweldo... timingan cguro ka...

im not interested to talk with them and i dont care.mao nay cognizant,looy lang kau ang mga old hires kay mga new hires moy giprio but ang sweldo dako pa cvg ug jp.so dont boast that .. . my friend na pioneering dira kay nangapply2 last week and she told me na palpak ang payrol lsystem jpaon ninyo for almost a year na. magpabilin jud ug istorya just to let others know what we had been going through with this company.Im not warning them but just to let them know ba what the company is. Sorry but cognizant is one ofthe worst call centers here in cebu...gasunod lang sa qualfon...Basin nahan ka mubalhin sa amo company naay perf bonus na 3k ug gc worth 500 compared sa inyo na 100 gc for perfect attendance.hahhaha
