Consistent change water bai. Or liquid co2 sa azoo.

Prices depends on the quality of the substrates.

ADA soil (daghan clase) ranges from 2000 to 3000 per 9liters.
Other substrates ( china made i guess) ranges from 1500 to 1900 per 9liters kung wa ko masayop.
Some petshops are selling clay and riversand. Cheaper than all branded subs.
But there are pros and cons in every substrates.
Naa pud free na substrate, we call it garden soil. )
