We may be eating more vegetables than meat but if these vegetables are not organically grown, we risk getting harmful chemicals into our bodies. The better way is to buy organically-grown vegetables. The best way is to grow them ourselves.

How?

We can get help from advocacy group Spread Organic Agriculture in the Philippines (SOAP). They have been giving free seminars in Manila and linking organic food growers with consumers. The good news is that they will be here in Cebu!
