Music Theory, Piano and Voice lessons for kids and adults
Update as of April 8, 2014:
- There is a change of date for Group Voice Lessons for Children and Group Music Theory. Schedule for Summer Group classes will be moved on April 21, 2014. This is to accommodate more students.
- For Group Voice Lessons for Children, the allotted time is also changed to 12 meetings (instead of 16 meetings). New Rate of P5,700 pax is applied.
Group Voice Lessons for children ages:
3 to 4 years old (minimum of 4 in a group)
5 to 7 years old (minimum of 4 in a group)
8 to 10 years old (minimum of 4 in a group)
Date: April 21 to May 26 (Updated Schedule)
Meetings: 12 Meetings (45 mins per meeting)
Charge: P5,700 pax (12 meetings, 45 mins lessons)
Group Voice Lessons include Basic Musicianship for children:
- Intonation (develop child’s sense of pitch)
- Ear training (able to recognize simple melodies and rhythm)
- Simple solfege (able to sing musical notes at sight)
- Rhythm (able to sense regular beat)
- Kodaly hand signs (able to execute musical hand signs)
- And more …
At the end of the summer, there will be a culminating activity/recital, general rehearsal
Tentative Schedule:
Morning
MWF - 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM (Group 8 to 10 years old)
MWF - 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM (Group 5 to 7 years old)
MWF - 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM (Group 3 to 4 years old)
Afternoon
MWF - 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM (Group 8 to 10 years old)
MWF - 2:30 PM to 3:15 PM (Group 5 to 7 years old)
MWF - 3:30 PM to 4:15 PM (Group 3 to 4 years old)
Group Music Theory for Adults - 12 Sessions:
Minimum of 3 in a group - P5,000 per person
Tentative schedule: 8AM to 9AM (MWF). Schedule can be arranged per group.
Discount will be provided if paid in full (per group)

Individual Lessons:
Piano lessons for all ages (P 2,500 per month - once a week, 1 hour lesson)
Voice lessons for 11 years and above (P 2,500 per month - once a week, 45 mins lesson)

· Bachelor of Music Major in Music Education - Colegio de la Inmaculada Concepcion (Cebu)
· Master in Music Major in Piano Pedagogy (30 units) - Philippine Women’s University Manila
· Presently taking Master in Arts Major in Music Therapy - St. Paul University Manila
· Singers Diction and Vocal Production under Professor Eudy Palaruan
Passed Grade 5 Theory with Distinction - Associated Board Royal Schools of Music (London UK)
Music Teaching Experience:
· Piano teacher/tutor since 1997 to present
· Voice teacher/tutor to children from 2007 to present
· Music Instructor at Cebu Normal University 1997
