    try to get a second opinion from a runner's circle in raintree mall...they use computerized gait analysis and they can recommend a good shoe...try to rest for a week...one cause of pain could be a wrong type of shoe

    For several days, akong giihap akong steps mag average siya 182-184/minute. If mas ubos ani dili ko kaabot 30 minutes musakit na akong tiil.
    Mid-foot man ang una muland sa ground.

    ako pasabot ha kay 8 minutes per kilometer...di kaayo na mumatter ang number of steps pero mas importante nuon ang landing...ok ra na ang midfoot to forefoor strike...likay lang jud sa heel strike kay yayay jud ka madugay...basin sa imo na sapatos

    Yup mins/km na siya.
    Tingali pud sa sapatos kay dili man symetrical ako left & right. Ako left is mag overpronate unya akong right is neutral.
    Pero dili man sad musakit if duol sa 6 ako pace.
    I was thinking basin pud sa duration nga ang akong foot naa sa ground. Mas longer naa sa ground if sa 8 compare sa 6.
    Neutral ako gamit nga sapatos Miz WR16.
    Inig mahilis na siya suway tingali ko ug lain. Basig mawala na akong problema.
