It is a rice cake. Pina tofu na style nga naa'y spicy sauce. I've tried this one many times katong nag trabaho pa ko as a stay in teacher sa mga Koreano. Lami kaayo. Sakto kaayo paresa'g soju.

for me, rabbokki is better than toppokki. they are pretty much the same but for filipinos, mas familiar ta sa noodle na taste, thats why rabbokki is better. toppokki is a rice cake pra ma imagine nato jud.. mura sya ug rolled palitaw, so wla jud syay taste. but the sauce for both dish is the same. try toppokki man near san carlos tlamban. lami ila coz they also have the cheese flavored one. basta lami jud.
one more thing, mostly noodle dish is a bit expensive for us kay ila gamit is korean noodle jud. but naka try ko korean restaurant near ayala before, ilang g.gamit na noodle kay pansit canton.... totally disappointed. so, better ask kung wat noodle ila gamit before ordering noodle dish
