That's so true, chocolates have milk in it which triggers the pain
as well as spicy food, fatty and junk food. My doc told me not to
scrap those cravings altogether because it's bad to deprive oneself.

I simply stick to veggies, fish and fruits regularly then meat like the
sinful lechon or adobo lols will be enjoyed on a weekend. As for those
pastries that I am always fond of, in small bites nalang. Like you said,
dili lalim ang sakit labeh na at nights, Kung mahimo Dili molihok lols.

As much as possible I don't rely on meds once my tummy acts up
so like Snow's statement, prevention is the best cure

It's hard to be strict on your diet when everyone else in the family is
indulging too much. It was strange gali that a month ago, relatives
came home with loads of chocolates since they knew I love them
but I hardly ate them. Maybe when you slowly learn to live without
it, you no longer crave for such treats hehehe...

Yeah, d ni lalim. Labi na mutukar imo anxiety in time with GERD. Mura na jud cya ug heart attack ang paminaw. Sa akong case, I took the necessary meds 1 month after ko nadiagnose, at that time I forced myself to avoid everything that is against the sickness para dili cya mahimo nga longterm. A year after I tried eating the "bad", good tasting stuff again. I experienced heartburn and vomitting again. So no choice for me. My stomach is buggered mja jud.

i dunno, if GERD na nih ako.a but i have the same experience.. but dint experience chest pains... kasuka.on lang, cgeg burp, sahay mag luha ko ke tungod sa feeling nga kasuka.on...

this usually happens if busog kaau ko.. also if mag workout ko, jogging and stuff, kanang feeling nga bloated nga mag cge ug burp nya kasuka.on...

this started to happen kto grabe na ako bisyo sa inum, so i guess mao na ang cause, sakto ba?

ive trimmed down na sa akong inum2 but mu tukar ghapon xa, pero dli na permi..

what to do to completely mawala ni xa?

Nalipay jud ko nga naay thread about ani. At least nawala akong anxiety. I am experiencing this right now and i am currently under medication. My doctor prescribed pantoloc (once a day) and mucosta (3x a day before meals) for 1 month. I have been under medication now for more than 1 week. Worried lang ko kay murag gamay raman ang improvement. More or less naa ghapn ang pain. wala jud mawala. pero ingon nila nga dugay jud daw ni cya ma heal. Hopefully mawala ra jud ni cya in the long run. Pait jud ning sakita. Kuyawan jud ka. bisag unsa nalang ang ma sud sa imong utok. Pasalamat jud ko nimo TS. at least karon, im not alone.. hehehe.

I would recommend alkaline water to normalize the acid level in your body. Nagsuffer sad ko aning GERD asta akong mom then we usually take omeprazole pero karon sige nalang ko ug alkaline water instead of omeprazole and murag naa jud siyay improvement . Try it !
