this is how things works

1. we already have upto the purchase order and receiving report UI what we need is the reports

if the item purchase is received and requires payment base on the no. of days termed then we require purchase invoice (system generated) for voucher payable issuance. this is intended for unclosed purchase order or what we call partial delivery of purchased goods.

supplier ledger

transactions , particulars , debit , credit, balance (comma represents 1 column)

purchase order aging.

1. purchase order base on P.O number
2. purchase order with Receiving Report
3. Purchase order according to supplier
