    actually I do cook...I used to help my dad at our former bar and resto and I cook for friends upon request. But well, I'm boarding here in Cebu and I do not have a legit kitchen here...

    ^^ And I believe good steaks do not need to be marinated.. just a little seasoning of salt and pepper will do then fry using butter instead of oil or ideretso na sa grill yum!!! heheheh

    totally agree with you...let the natural flavor of the meat lead the way. Of course there are times a little something different is wanted but the simplest way of cooking can sometimes bring out he best in the meat.
