Hello good day!!!
I am not sure if this post fits in this section.
I need an advice where I should approach.
I currently have this bond paper size photo and I want to make this bigger, like A3 size. and frame it.
i know the quality declines as we try to expand its size.
so how to tackle this
Also, I have another old photo of my grandparents and they want to crop a section of the photo enlarge it, enhance it, and frame it.
Are there shops catering these types of service?

have it scanned in hi-res, at least 600DPI.
