nag start ko og exercise last monday. akong workout plan is
1st session: shoulder & back (1 exercise per part)
2nd session: biceps & chest (1 exercise per part)
3rd session: triceps & legs
every session is only good for 15 mins lang..
HIIT(i make sure intense jd xa..ahahahah..40 secs rest)
normally mag exercise ko inig 10:30 sa gabie
akong kaon kay sakto ra..i avoid nko ang pag gutom and always aim for high protein diet
naa koy almoranas. LOL
Question:
mo resulta kaha ni knowing nga murag nag target ko mo dako2 ako lawas kay nasakit ko.
since dapat mo kaon man jd after mag exercise. do you think angay pa ko mokaon if 11 na sa gabie ko mahuman?

TS, bloated lagi akong feeling nya cge kog workout (boxing) nya heavy cardio. no meat, lang ko nya mo kaon lag gutomon. -_-
dapat mokaon jud before and after work out pero you have to take into consideration imong sleeping time -void- kay kung mokaon ka then matulog pud dayun inig human, useless ra imong exercise. ingon sila, u have to eat 4 hours before sleeping. what time naka matulog ug mao na?
ni buy nlnag ko og SNI Mega mass kay mas dali man daw ma absorb ang liquid form than the whole foods. Normally mahuman akong workout inig 10.30..so not later than 10.40pm mo inom nko ato + gatorade para dako2 akong calorie intake.
Normally mag sleep nko inig 11:30
Unsa kaha nindot nga compound exercise other than Clean and press noh..kanang imo pde balikon2 every week ba..

Unsa inyong Pre and Post workout meal?
Unsay tawag anang mugilok or kanang murag feeling nga mangita ug weights imong muscles? Normally akong biceps labi na ug rest day nko sa work out kunuhay.Ako nlng epush up para mawagtang. Dle man sad ni sa huna2 lang siguro kay mafeel man nko ug mawala man ug epush up or mag bicep curls ko.

Newbie ko ani wala sad kau ko nagbasa2 about work out2.ehehehe
