wala nako sa lock-in period sir! pero ganiha niadto ko sa pldt office then niingun sila nga mangayu pa sila og valid id ug disconnection letter!!!.... pero ask lang ko sir, unsaon paghimu uf letter para sa disconnection?.... may idea ka?
