raven's gym... sa ako ni amigo dihas happy valley... bodybuilder ang tag iya.. nakadaug nag daghang competition pero di lang siya ka personalized og tudlo kay trabaho man.. taga-an lang kag program... mao ni pang hardcore training kay daghang free weights unya wala kaayoy sosyalan... mga mag workout didto train lang gyuds taman

wa ko kahinumdum unsay ngan. kita lang ko kay magjogging man ko sa sports center. unya anha man ko mag-ilis diha dapit. daghan man mga fitness activities dinha ilawom sa grandstand. naay belly dancing, ballroom dancing (dancesport), ug kanang gym nga tag 80 per session kun walk-in. 100 with trainer. naa sad membership nakalimot ko pila.

My gym is the outdoors...my treadmill are the mountains...I carry weights on the trails...I run on asphalt pavements and dirt roads.
