Automate your Sales and Inventory business with POS (POintX). Direct to the point features for small and medium retail business, 99% of what you need are already here, very simple to understand. Designed for my own retail business that is why I understand very well on what you need.

This is an upgraded version of StorePOS previously released. The major difference from previous release is this version is now using .NET framework and SQL server as backend while old StorePOS uses VB6.0 and MySQL 3 database. Although, most functions from StorePOS are also available on this package.

Software pre-requisite.
1. Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 (pre installed on Win7)
2. Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5. (pre installed on Win7)
3. Microsoft SQL Server Express 2008. (downloadable from Microsoft website)
4. Microsoft ACE OLEDB. (downloadable from Microsoft website)

Major Functionalities:
1. Customers Information
2. Suppliers Information
3. Items Information – with parent to child auto conversion.
4. Booking – auto book items to suppliers based on sales trend and convert to PO.
5. Purchase Orders
6. Items Receiving
7. Invoicing
8. Bank Cash book – bank reconciliation module and trace actual cash on hand.
9. Electronic Load Tracking – avoid theft of loads since it will be properly traced.
10. Remittance – track POS sales against actual cash to determine reading variances.
11. Import Functions – just fill up the template excel file for your items and upload it in the system for faster setup of your inventory.
12. Customer Credit “utang” Tracking – implements credit limit, payments, petty cash.
13. Warehousing
14. Accounts payable – items received with payment terms, posting of payments to supplier.
15. Deposits – bottle deposits tracking & claiming.
16. Reporting and a lot more exciting utilities and features.

Note: This is a stand alone windows application that will run on Windows XP/7/8.1/10.1

Want it FREE? After 30 days evaluation period, the application will turn itself to FREE mode with the following restrictions:
1. Maximum of 500 items.
2. Maximum of 5 invoices in a day.
3. Maximum of 1 receiving in a day.
4. Some minor features are disabled.

New version in the coming days since testing is almost complete.

Updates:

1. Removal of contact information in the Info window.
2. Background in Info window switches automatically every 1 minute. I place initial 4 images but you can put more in PointX\Background directory.
3. Redesigned invoice interface and Check-out interface with bigger fonts.
4. New report - Viewing of edited item quantities (manual editing) in a given date range and displaying cost value.
5. Dual monitor view - second monitor for customer invoice viewing.
6. Initial money in remittance to be added in store opening.
7. Beginning balance and end balance in Sold Items - note that discrepancy might be noticed, like example below:
Item BeginQty Sold EndQty
Marlboro Stick 8 2 26

Explanation: There is manual quantity editing or quantity conversion in between. This is the reason why the quantity is now "26" instead of "6".

8. Warehouse Info Viewing - Included manual editing column.
9. In FREE mode - editing user info is now allowed.
10. In invoice - allows discounting of multiple selected items with restriction that it should not exceed with the base/supplier price since it will incur loss instead of gain.
11. In Invoice - auto suggest description while typing so that you can scroll directly to the desired item skipping popup window.

Sa ganahan mo download, you can still download the current version.

If you have previous version installed already, you can overwrite it using the latest version. Just change your initial database during the first logon and you're ready to go.

Well said @RihannaYu! But I think Mr. Masong listens to creative and constructive critiquing! That said, I suggested a lot and he delivers it to this coming version. I hope you do more suggestions for this is really true. I thank you for your ideas. This way it will address more of my needs not just simple ones.

I didn't saw the B.I.R. feature as well. I believe it is very useful why else we use the pos when it does not have permits? In the Philippines before we can use pos it should follow the guidelines what the B.I.R. imposes for pos systems like the posting of permits of the machines, TIN, and many others. Yeah this is vital to us. But I know this guy can deliver. He delivered my request. So there are no doubts that he will not do it for us.
