    Hahaha! Ka remember ko bro first couple of months
    sa diet nako, graveh ang mood swings. Grumpy au
    ko coz in my mind I was so bummed out not being
    able to enjoy my fave comfort food so I vent out my
    frustration on my family and friends lols... To the point
    they'd tell me to stop dieting if I'd turn out to be so
    b!tchy lols...

    However when I saw a slight change in my body, my
    mood lightened up especially when I became so serious
    with my workout. I am happier now and no longer on
    B mode to them hehehe... Now on my 7th month, my
    sisters and some close friends of mine had stopped being
    so pessimistic and supported me in my journey. They
    would even ask me what alternative food to eat and even
    shared that they changed their lifestyle because they were
    inspired of my progress.

    It's hell jud to go through such journey when no one believes
    in you coz you'll end up thinking you'll fail in the end. So for
    those who are going through that phase, please don't ever give
    up... Don't lose hope. Always think that YOU CAN DO IT! Kaya
    man gali sa uban, Kita pod Kayanon jud nato Anyway, it's for
    our own welfare ~ to be healthy and to be able enjoy life to the
    fullest with a smile

    i dont hinder myself from eating what i want kay samot i deprive nato atong self, samot mag over indulge ta. like yesterday, i ate a burger mcdo and about a half cup of ice cream, pero kung na anad nakag control sa imong caloric intake, murag mindful pud baya ka. ok ra jud kaau kaysa completely avoiding it. grabe ra pud kaau na. wala pako ka weigh in balik ug ka selfie, probably this week pero padayun lang gihapon kos akong exercise ug sa healthy eating habits. murag ni slow down lang ko gamay karon. motivated na pud kaau kay mag bantayan mi sa katapusan sa april. im hoping maka lose pakog daku nga weight. ma carry na unta ang mag bikini. haha. wishful thinking

    Do not hunger yourself, eat 4-6 times a day pero dapat ginagmay lang kaysa mo kaon ka ug ka tulo pero bulto. hehehe...

    since this is the only acceptable area where i can brag about my achievement (our achievement really) when it comes to weight loss, i will brag that for 8 weeks, i have lost a total of 22lbs na. from 70kg, officially, im 60kg na. although i felt nga ni hinay na ug naog akong timbang unlike when ist few weeks nga nag change of lifestyle ko, paspas naog akong timbang but thats fine, it will not stop me from continuing what ive been doing. wala lang ko ka selfie balik kay akong cam gihulman sa akong sister ni grad iyang youngest sa kinder but soon i will be posting new pics. nasuot na nako balik akong clothes na dugay na nako wala masuot. im really aiming for 110 lbs, 130 pako karon but really happy with the results

    join ko ani beh....I gave birth twice last year (C-section) and i gained a lot of weight specially after giving birth to my second baby. He died last December, few hours after his birth. Got so depressed. Not sure what was the exact weight but i'm sure it was more than my weight now. My current weight is 170lbs. I'm 5'5" and ideal weight is 135lbs. Lesser food intake lang akong gihimo and exercise ko every night. I do crunches, sit ups, leg raise, planking and squats every night. Nihiyos2x tawn gamay akong tiyan (post pregnancy tummy). I need to keep it up to lose more weight.
