Hahaha! Ka remember ko bro first couple of months
sa diet nako, graveh ang mood swings. Grumpy au
ko coz in my mind I was so bummed out not being
able to enjoy my fave comfort food so I vent out my
frustration on my family and friends lols... To the point
they'd tell me to stop dieting if I'd turn out to be so
b!tchy lols...
However when I saw a slight change in my body, my
mood lightened up especially when I became so serious
with my workout. I am happier now and no longer on
B mode to them hehehe... Now on my 7th month, my
sisters and some close friends of mine had stopped being
so pessimistic and supported me in my journey. They
would even ask me what alternative food to eat and even
shared that they changed their lifestyle because they were
inspired of my progress.
It's hell jud to go through such journey when no one believes
in you coz you'll end up thinking you'll fail in the end. So for
those who are going through that phase, please don't ever give
up... Don't lose hope. Always think that YOU CAN DO IT! Kaya
man gali sa uban, Kita pod Kayanon jud nato

Anyway, it's for
our own welfare ~ to be healthy and to be able enjoy life to the
