12K Gaming CPU for the Budget Gamer

Need help mga enlightened ones. Dugay2x naman gud ko nibiya aning bisyoha. Last nako build kay 1st gen pa sa i7. Build from scratch jud ko. No usable parts at the moment.

Okay pa ang 3rd gen or 4th na lang deretso since build from scratch jud. Naa bay significant difference from 3rd to 4th gen processor?

Unsa na chipset maayo? No plan on overclocking, stock settings lang ako plano tanan. All i need is a mobo with a digital input.

Recommend me a proc, mobo, gpu mga master. 6k sa processor, 7k sa gpu and 6k sa mobo. I don't mind kung used kay mas flexible ang options if used and mas maka save. HTPC ako i assemble. Casual gaming lang ang playing HD movies. Intel platform lang mga master di ko sa AMD (no offense). Resolution is full HD at a 40" TV.

Pwede ka mag i3 4130(5.5k)+B85 motherboard(4k)+R9 270X(9.5k sapphire) or mag i5 4440(8.5k)+B85 motherboard(3.5k; i recommend gigabyte b85m-hd3)+GTX 750ti(7k zotac or palit nga brand).

Yes, unless its a K processor. But question is why change processor if nag-apas ka ug budget? Spend it on the gpu instead. Going 4570 is a good choice though kay gamay na lang kaayo nag ligas. Everything else in excess, spend it on the gpu. Basically, you can have a 4570 and the fastest gpu you can afford.
