ask lang unta ko kinsa o naa ba mo experienced na-hire mo lately through John Clements Consultants?


pila usually ilang cut sa sweldo?


i'm just curious if they are purely head-hunter lang gyud sila ... o they have all shifted as an agency deploying staffs o personnel to different companies?

nibalhin na ni sila ug office sa i2 building man guro to sa IT park. sa taas sa starbucks.

for headhunters, i think they get a commission from the employer if sila ang naka refer sa employee. as far as i know, dili na sila mu-deduct sa salary sa employee. mao ni explanation sa among hr sa una kay i remember asking her about it before kay nigamit sad to sila ug headhunter (not JCC though).

Ahhh! Mao diay.. Headhunters, pero ang ila irefer nga tao sa company nga nangita mo take ra japon ba og exam sa adto nga company or diretso na dayun work once na endorse na?

Take ghapon ka ug exam or mga interview process. What they do is they profile you according to your experience. Then adto ka nila erecommend sa mga available positions that best fit your expertise. That is how staffing company usually works.

Share lang ko ha I dont have a good experience with John Clements so far. Weary nako daan pag sulti sa ako friend but I gave it a try na muapply sa QBE through nila. Bati jud diay.

Samtang overseas pa ko(the day before ko niuli cebu), ni email ko nila nga mo apply kog position na bag-0 lang nila gi open for QBE. Wala koy Philippine number pa so i asked the person nga ako gi emailan to reply to me through email lang kay magcheck mn ko hourly. It took him a week before nireply and iya reply is nangayog number nako para interview. Since naa naman koy number ako siya gitagaan... then pag ugma nireply siya nga na fill na daw ang position kay urgent. Na shock gud ko. Nangayo number then pag ugma balibaran ko.. shalan. So ask nalang ko if naa ba lain position na mo suit in nako. Wala na nireply. Then after a few days. Nag open balik ang position ako gi applyan.

QBE should consider other reputable agencies. Daghan ko na hear bad feedbacks ani nila. Akoa lang ni experience.

Nganu d.i di ni sila mang interview or mo entertain if connected pkas lain company? Kelangan kd mo resign?

Sorry to hear that kokoy. Naka experience ko ug apply dire and it all went well. Ang una kay, exam (english and abstract reasoning) nya interview then endorse na ka sa company nga possible employer nimu depending on your skills.
