I had braces for 2 years. I got off it last year. Nindot na kaayo akong ngipon. When I had it on, I hated it at first kay lisod ikaon ug daghan ginadili. Pero na anad ko kadugayan. I get the occasional sores pero nothing major. Wala man sab complain akong bana. It doesn't cause bad breath or gum disease as long as you brush and floss your teeth everyday. I still have to wear retainers everyday for 2 years, and they placed permanent retainers at the back as well. It was soo weird when it came off kay it felt like my teeth were so huge, I didn't smile for a while.
