Haven't you noticed it's almost 2 years na wa gihapon plate number ang mga new vehicles although paid na. But if the citizen is late in paying government dues may penalty even for one day ra.

I think it's common sense that we should renew our registration and insurance yearly except the newly purchased vehicles which are registered already for 3 years. The problem is the inefficient DOTC cannot provide new plates up to now.
