    I agree with SPRINGFIELD_XD_40 and I would add more. Check your grounding, clean contacts on engine grounding will also restore the electrical system, an additional grounding path, at least 5 points, will surely help. Another important thing that is usually not performed is cleaning the fuel lines, replace the a 1 year old fuel filter with a new one and check your air filter and clean it kung kinahanglan or better replace kung replaceable type. Next is cleaning the engine internals, an engine oil with good detergents can help clean the cylinder walls. Kabantay ko naa nay mga interesting products karon sa True Value ayala, mga engine cleaners. The last but the best as what I have experienced and others who did an engine treatment is have your engine a metal ceramic coating to rebuild itself to near factory spec while you're using it. During the engine treatment process, your cylinders are cleaned and will become more slippery. I'm talking about RVS - http://www.rvs-tec.com/English/product.htm, I am not selling it but I applied it on my engine and restore good engine compression, better performance, hilom ang andar ug responsive na kaayo than the first time I have the car nga wala pa nag cleaning ug nag engine treatment. I did it myself pag replace sa air filter, spark plugs, grounding and engine cleaning one at a time mao makaingon ko nga there's a positive effect in each step. Changing of oil (<-depende sa klase sa oil but usually every 5000km as recommended sa manual), radiator coolant and transmission gear oil (<- every two years ni, kalimtan ra ni sa uban) ra ang gipatrabaho nako sa Caltex Banilad.

    Considering everything suggested sa tune up was done right including above ug wa gihapon ka ma contended, maybe that will be the time you need to spend more for that intake, header and exhaust replacement or a more powerful engine that can meet your required power.

    ive installed header na and intake na... pero ang exhaust nako na muffler dili kana dagko btaw naa bako improvement makuha if mag change ko ug muffler

    Muffler will boil down to the owners tatse of design . It is nothing but for cosmetics purposes only , what matters most in exhaust is the piping being mandrel bent and lesser travel of the exhaust gasses .

    correct grounding wire is one factor. iv installed it also.

    ayaw lng kaayo daku nga muffler ky ma sobra ka daku mo hungaw na nuon. i bagay lng sa set up sas imo engine

    Question: If i send an engine to the philippines..how much shit would i be getting from customs? How much tax could they be asking? I might be able to score a couple of engines here that'll be more than enough for philippine daily (weekend sporting) driving. IF it's too high..then fck i'd rather not bother.

    ahh,,daghana pa diay nako dapat i consider wui,,,but i'll do that one at a time.,,btw, SPRINGFIELD, wat do u mean by fine tuning?? so basically what i hav to do before installing I/H/E is to "fine tune" my engine first,where can i find a mechanic that can do all this stuff?

    and btw, if i change my spark plugs/wires, would there be any difference in acceleration?? and how much does it cost??

    MUrag fine tuning is a kind of race prepping na man paminawon .. Kana gud ipa MAJOR TUNE UP lang bai .

    That will only contribute a part of a better engine performance overall kay it will improve your ignition system . Daghan man gud factors para mo contribute a better accelaration .

    buy spark plugs that are considered "stock" or what is recommended by the engine's manufacturer. iridium sparkplugs are useless in mildly modded cars.

    a 400whp d16zc powered eg hatch in manila (ran low 11's during june's mayor osmena cup, DAILY DRIVEN) is still using ngk plugs

    most of us uses NGK spark plug nga ordinary basta kadto lng orig...even for races. very reliable and affordable
