We are searching for Java EE Developers with at least 3-5 years commercial experience to become part of our offshore team, based in Cebu. People with great written and spoken English skills, who are motivated, proactive and able to work both within a team and independently may apply. Critical thinking and ability to actively contribute to technical discussions, a focus on quality, and proactive communication skills are essential to our process.
A successful candidates will have experiences with:
JAVA EE 5, 6or 7
Java Persistence architecture
Java Messaging Service
XML, XML Scheme and JSON
Java Architecture for XML Binding (JAXB)
JUnit
Apache Ant, Ivy and/or Maven
Glassfish, JBoss or other application containers
SQL (Ideally Postgresql)
Linux, BSD, OSX or other Unix Based operating systems
Agile- Scrum
Candidates with Billing, telecommunications ISP experience or with knowledge with the following technologies, will be highly regarded:
Eclipse
Java-WS
The Vaadin framework or Google Web Toolkit
Apache Cassandra or Hadoop
SNMP MIBS
LDAP, particularly open LDAP
Postgresql (8.x or 9.x)
The Akka framework
XSLT (XML style sheet)
XML:FO (XML Formatting Objects) and/or Apache FOP
TMForum eTOM, TAM and /or SID
RADIUS or DIAMETER protocols
Linux ( Ubuntu, Red Hat, Fedora, etc)
High availability, high performance systems
General Networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, etc)
This is a full time job based in Talisay City, Cebu. Salary range 25-40K depends on your qualifications and with benefits.
