Was told that Columbia Digital the main distributor of Nikon products here in the Philippines has already severed its ties with Nikon Japan ?....the contract ends June 2014 so most of the Nikon Service Center ( under Columbia ) have already closed down. Was informed that all Nikon products are now being send to either SG or HK for repair until a new distributor has been assigned.

guys, kinsay nkasuway inyo camera black na ang display nya dili na murelease ang shutter? pero kun itry ug lain na lens, mu.okay rman xa? lens ang guba ani? unsa reason ngano muingani? tingala lng ko ky nkalit rjd xa, ng.ilis ra gne ko ug lens nya after 3 days pgbalik nako sa other lens, black na ang monitor nya sa ef ky black ghpn nya dli na murelease amg shutter. same sad sa video, marecord xa pero sounds ra wlay image. help sa mga nka.experience na ug ingani. btw, ako gamit nikon v1. thanku daan!

Walay Nikon Service Center sa Cebu. Tanang products sa Nikon kung walay warranty card from Nikon aron ma register are considered under sa Grey market, meaning did not go through their proper channel of distributors or are not intended for the country and are not acceptable sa service center nila according sa ilang website definition of Grey market products. So atong gipamalit dire usually under Grey market kasagaran - use it at your own risk nalang gyud and you have to get in touch with the store kung asa ka nipalit for after sales service. Usually ang store dire can accept your unit for servicing for a fee that should be shouldered by you labi na wala kapasar sa ilang warranty conditions for a free service or replacement.
