    for those looking for houses,
i suggest nga you contact the developer
directly, na-a mana sila mga marketing staff/partner, then ask all you want about the house and lot.
If you are satisfied, then ask if you could deal with them directly, then ask for a discount/promos
if they require you to go thru agents, ask them to refer you somebody who is reputable nga agent,
or if you know somebody nga kaila nga trustworthy, the better.
then make a deal with the agent if pwede ba share mo sa iyaha commission or referral.

you could also apply yourself to become an agent, then ikaw maka avail sa imuha commission inig
kuha nimu ug unit. pwede pud ka maka kuha imuha unit without paying for it, basta naghan ka mga clients (10-20 or more maybe) mura na ug malibre imuha unit. kugi lang.

if you want more commission , review ka then take ka exam to become a licensed real estate agent/broker
kana, maka dako dako ka ug commission, you could also make your own realty team/company, mura networking style, mag recruit ka ug agents affiliated sa imuha company. kani murag big time ni, pero you can start small if you want, dako baya potential real estate business diri cebu.

pero i hope if ma dato naka, you will remeber nga dili pala bi-an ang commission if low cost housing/socialized imuha gi baligya.

i will post more websites sa mga realty developers soon, here are some of them.
if you know one, please add

http://www.tripodint.com/johndorf/index2.html --> socialized/low cost housing (la aldea buena mactan, genesis)

Comparaing Deca Homes with Low Cost Housing sa Commonwealth, which is better in terms of the ff:

    Quality of house?

    Drainage?

    Amenities?

    Pricing?

    Water supply?

    Customer Service?

    Any idea...Please share.

it seems that a lot of new subdivision projects are sprouting around CEBU, hopefully the price would get competitive and become lower.

nindot jud ni nga thread da..good jobwin98..

ako nagkuha ko ug unit sa deca phase2 minglanilla tungkil, para sa ako okey raman..ang tubig okey rasad deep well pero kusog man maka shower paman gani ko..then ako bayronon is less than 120 pesos per month hapit nako mag one year, tulo mi kabook nagpuyo usahay mu-abot mi ug lima unom kabo-ok magpuyo but mao japon less than 120 rajud..

    some comments about deca

Quality of house? - slab type..okey kaayo kay di madungan ang imong tupad if mag tv or mag music imo silingan kay solid slab man cya..e compare nimo sa cast in place (hollow blocks) cguro ma dungog... but carefull jud ka sa slab type kay usahay naay gamay nga cracks but you need to check-up everything before you will sign the turn-over ..then e inspect jud nimo tanan da-an then e reklamo ..ilaha rana ayohon dayon..then after sa ilang pag ayo di pa jud ka contented e reklarmo pajud nmo dayon..taman sa ma satisfy ka..

Drainage? okey kaayo ang drainage system sa Deca Phase2 kay dako jud..

Amenities? BasketBall court..nindot ilang basketan kay gi kural..ug nindot pud kay ciminto jud..naa pud clay multi purpose hall dapit sa phase1 where you can have your party...sa phase3 or 4 naa pud cla church..

Pricing? hmm..murag 700++ man guro to ako-a..maka choose ka with garage or without garage..mas mahal ang with garage..para sa ako-a sak2 sak2 ra..

Water supply? -- as Ive said above Deep Well.. okey pa sa alright kay walay chemicals..then dako kaayo ilang tangi maka buang saka dako..karon halos 80% na nagpuyo sa phase2 kusog japon mo agas ang tubig..naay usahay mo hinay kay nag maintenance cla..but mubalik ra dayon..

Customer Service?

if mokuha mo sa deca mas maayo with garage then facing east para dili init inig ka hapon then if maka afford mas maayo corner lot kay sulit jud kaayo..
