usually chipset drivers wla na tarong ug install
esp on integrated GPU .

unsay board and GPU?
PC or laptop?
history? new or old VC?

experienced it w/ both my netbooks nga integrated ang graphics ( Neo and Gateway)
never in my laptop w/ Acer Nvidia and HP w/ AMD APU.
never / my PCs with Nvidias as well.
