    When someone is on drugs he can't recognize family members, friends and authorities thus the crimes.

    The root cause of this is illegal drugs so this should be eliminated once and for all, not the users or pushers. This excuses no one. Anyone can be a victim, even professionals are getting hooked on it. And as we all know, the end result is obnoxious. It's time to end the war on drugs. But unfortunately, some of our lawmakers prefer to legalize it.
