come on bro. i don't think he was being cocky nor his replies sounded cocky. i think he was just giving us some hints on how to pass interviews. he is from call center HR. he SHOULD know that. and u should honor that. i mean, respect his opinion. (but if ur applying in a non-call center then i think u dont have to be excellent in english)..
