Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines (On-site)

Job Description:
This position involves sourcing USA based candidates for USA based clients based upon job descriptions.

Responsibilities:
· Sources and screens candidates in order to fulfill the staffing needs of the company’s clients.

Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills.
· Willing to work night shifts.
· BPO Outbound call center experience is a plus.
· Recruitment experience is a plus.
· Must be motivated and able to work independently and in teams.
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Hi ashbrit. No, the only shifts we have available are night shifts (11pm-8am or 12am - 9 am). However, these shifts are fixed.
