Steve Francis is not much a guy needed by the Rockets, as you can see lot of teams been letting him go...

Maybe they do. Francis and Yao has a good team chemistry before he was traded to Orlando. Who knows, they still have it, and if they do, imagine how deadlier it would be. The same old Francis and Yao plus Tracy McGrady and now Shane Battier.

I don't understand why people keep mentioning that a team/player cannot excel because of his age. Last year all I could hear was how OLD San Anotnio was and yet, they won the championships...

Bitaw, it really doesn't matter if Francis is older now than he was before in his first stint with the Rockets. Actually, if they can get along with Yao Ming and Tracy McGrady well, kuyaw kaayo ni ang Rockets. The mere fact that experience comes with his age makes him more deadly. After being sent back to Houston by Portland, Francis was quoted saying that at this point in time, he's more concerned of winning games rather than going into the daily top tens. Players sometimes do get better with age, Jason Kidd and Steve Nash for one, who knows, maybe Steve Francis is heading that way too.
