Share ko ha. One of the very important things na iconsider for a business is the location and expansion.

    First, location.
Sa akong job karun, i am conducting income projections and feasibility studies for iur store locations. Before we acquire a site, we make sure we choos the best. Bisan pag tupad, unit 1 and unit 2. Dako jud nag difference sa sales. I tell you. And important ang frontage. Bale ang kalapdun sa front. 4-6 meters is good. Enough para mapansin.

Second is expansion. Mas maayu pa ginagmay pero dinaghan, kaysa bigtime pero isa ra. Pwede bigtime but have at least 2 branches to start. Why? Marketing. Publicity. Impression sa mga tawo kung daghan ug branches is siguro halinun ang baligya kay naka expand man, or siguro big time ang tag iya. You know na the mentality of pinoys. Another advantage is pas2x ang rturn of investments if daghan kag branch. Kung usa raman gud ka kalocation, possible na di mubenta imung product ana sa lugar. Whereas if daghan, kintahay naay lugi, at least naay mukita uban. But of course case to case basis na.

And of course, there will always be risks.

naa unta ko daghan ishare all based from my experience for 5 years pero di na lang hehe
you have to discover it on your own ang line sa business nimo. there is no such thing nga
magtukod kag business nga ang amo mismo di kahibalo unsaon ang iyang gi negosyo.

anyway, terms like location, expansion, marketing and other factors always remain as factors
to be considered but not definite. namaligya lang ug hopia saona sa kilid karon tag-iya ug la fortuna.
nananom ug pineapples for personal consumption, karon nahimong del monte. silingan namo
namaligya ug puto and siomai thru his bike made tisa a simai capital in cebu city.

so those factors above mentioned are not always a given. kung imong negosyo kay crops and livestock,
marketing should always be up front whatever/whichever the case. on the other hand, kung pagkaon,
location is vital. some types of businesses require a multitude of factors that one must undergo but
the rule of thumb is, always make sure kung mag negosyo ka, suhito ka sa imong ginegosyo
dili pareha sa uban nga way nahibaw-an basta dunay kwarta go lang ng go. after 3 months nanirado.
    [hapit ko kasuwaynga manirado nlng].

lain pa, ayaw seryosoha ug maayo kay ma opaw ka trust me on this. have fun while making business.
pero ang pinaka importante sa tanan, DILI TANAN TAO NEGOSYANTE just try it kay makita ra na nimo
ug kaya ba nimo or dili.
