• CRM/Agent Support:

Requirement: Exposed to SQL or JAVA and database related course or (expert level TAS, TOSS Support and Carrier Tools user)

• Core Services:

Requirement: Exposed to JAVA, UNIX shell and or other WEB/.NET programming related course

• Database Administrator:

Requirement: Exposed to Oracle, DB2, SQL and database related course

Additional Experience: Working knowledge of IBM portal, E-Commerce, COGNOS, Oracle BRM or ERP are plus but not required.

Education: Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Informations Systems degree or 7+ years IT experience

Language: Should be able to communicate in English.
