Or kinsa ang naka try na ug program ug sama ani?
I think related ni xa sa OS management.

Naa unta ko project para sa ako internetan nya gusto ko akoa ang program para customized kaayo xa ba.

I have tried making a virtual remote desktop manager before and i use C++ wiwth windows SDK native APIs.
although you can use VB katong native na apil sa Visual Studio 6.
But i think you can use .NET technologies nowadays.
all you need is to learn network programming, image processing, a little bit of math, and protocols involved.

if HTML can do networking then it can be done, with HTML5 and websockets. pero taas2 ug hago2 lang ang code and dli kasaligan ang technology. Remember with HTML5/javascript, code is exposed to client.
