    Default Best Call Center for TSR's?


    Halu mga Istoryans!

    Nangita unta ko ug call center na purely technical r jud, wlay baligya2 (kay i suck at selling). I have over 3 years tech background, am currently working for sa IT park sa i2 (won't blunty say out the company name, ahehe), pero samukan ko ug baligya2.

    Ug unta, if pwd kanang ok r ug sweldo, ako kinsena mo limpyo around 9-10K(day shift ni siya without incentives or bonuses), looking for something about the same or better pay, ahehe.

    If naa mo ma recommend, thanks au... i am looking into other companies before this baligya2 takes a toll on me, ambot lang jud....

    Ambot lang if naa pa ba AT&T sa Sykes, pero ok unta to as TSR.

    Responsibilities:
    · A highly skilled, seasoned professional, the Technical Helpdesk Analyst applies a broad, working
    knowledge of information technology products and services to more complex assignments and assists less
    experienced staff in the application of technical concepts, practices and procedures.
    · Incumbents are competent to work on fairly complex assignments (and/or portions of larger, complex efforts)
    and perform a full range of technical helpdesk support.
    · May provide occasional functional and technical guidance to less experienced staff.
    · The incumbent oversees and coordinates with quick-response customer support team and interfaces with

    Requirements:
    · Candidates must have Excellent English communication skills.
    · Candidates must possess a Vocational Diploma/Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field or at least completed
    2 years in College.
    · At least 2 years technical support experience is required for this position.
    · Candidates must be willing to work in CEBU CITY.
    · Candidates must be willing to work in shifting schedule.
    · Candidates must be willing to start ASAP.
