i don't know if this is still the case now but years before if you had a car which is not more than 3 years old then that would be enough to get a Citibank credit card.

banks give away credit cards all the time now. Cos they have lots of cash in their vaults (which are our money).. which they also use to loan to people in ways like personal loan, housing loan, credit cards, and the likes.

Look for an card agent. He can help you. Credit Cards are important but just do not overspend. Too much of everything is not good; may it be in cash or credit purchase. There is no difference.
