    i don't take medicine,. usually if hapit nah ang monthly visitor or nana nya sakit kau,mag cge ra kog exercise, and lakaw,. mawala nah ang dysme,...

    mo hupo ka sis. hehehe kanang knees to chest position para mo balik ang position sa matres where it should be.. kasagaran dysmenorrhea kay ang matres resting sa lubot. hihhi. and yoga usually helps! regulates your cycle sad..

    I use a belt to put a lot of pressure sa akong pus-on. Then mag ligid2 sa carpet with a pillow underneath my tummy to even add more pressure. If d makaya, una pa ko moinom ug pain reliever. I don't want to be drug-dependent every time aunt flo visits.
