I use a belt to put a lot of pressure sa akong pus-on. Then mag ligid2 sa carpet with a pillow underneath my tummy to even add more pressure. If d makaya, una pa ko moinom ug pain reliever. I don't want to be drug-dependent every time aunt flo visits.
