Job Hiring: Online Marketing Strategist/Project Manager (Pay $5 - $9 USD/hr)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for assessing new marketings/niches for VA and outsourcing services, conducting competitive analysis and suggesting recommend changes to marketing strategies and traffic funnels
* Responsible for developing creative marketing content to utilize in marketing activities (linkedin campaigns, email campaigns, newsletter)
* Responsible for analyzing web traffic and performing hands-on activities to increase web traffic or working with SEO specialist and content writers to improve traffic
* Responsible for analyzing website traffic and conversion rates and improving for increase conversions by suggesting/implementing better call to actions, opt-ins, site usability and clarity, promotions, etc.
* Responsible for developing strategic partnerships and promoting VAT affiliate program to other businesses that can bring VAT traffic and customers
* Responsible for overall company marketing and business development strategy (facebook, twitter, linkedin, twitter, infographics, youtube, pinterest, etc)
* Project manage and supervise company website and online marketing projects (involves project managing web designers, content writers, social media marketers, seo specialist)
* Project manage (time permitting) a limited number of client online marketing/web design projects by gathering client requirements, interacting with clients, and reporting results back to client. Oversee team of web designers, content writers, SMMs, and SEO specialist as applicable
* Research and suggest new product/service offerings
* Responsible for hands-on SEO for the company (on-page recommendations, off page)
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and comfortable speaking to company clients
* Preferred - some hands on technical experience with graphics design using photoshop, creating websites with Wordpress and modifying themes, some html and php; enough to understand and supervise people doing this
* Pay range $5-9 USD depending on experience/skills
