in the end, it will depend on that, and ur lifestyle also (specially with dual sim and big screen needs)

im with sir werty nga mu go sa apollo for the reason nga d gnahan ug phablet.. and its specs are good for the price.


sidenote: just in case ganahan xa ug customize ug maau sa phone, dako kau ug support ang ohd2 sa custom roms. para customize sa looks, and a lot of performance tweaks.

BTW, boss. any chance ganahan ka ug 2nd hand? krun nai s2 local for 6k. wa mi nadaun ug deal kai ako ta gi arrange para sa ako friend peru ni backout xa.. namasin lang.

For me. s2 is one of the best all around phones (for its price) for day to day use in terms of screen quality, brand, hardware quality, camera, accessories processor and GPU, and developer support. Though karaan2 sad nuon xa nga phone.

naa mai mga "korean versions" ang uban phones boss. for example. ang s3. ang model sa international version is GT-i9300. ang s2 is GT-i9100.. sa Korea, naa silai ilang own version. ila model number is SHV-something.

if sa hardware ka magtan.aw, ang korean version is SLIGHTLY thicker when side viewed. and the major setback: naai physical antenna sa upper left or upper right corner. as in maka pull-out jd ka ug antenna just like sa mga myphone/cherry nga nai tv. para ra maka tv/radio ngd2 sa korea. other than that, same rjd in terms of processor, gpu, pixel density, etc. (though dghan s3 korean variants, e120s, e120l, etc. ang uban nai LTE, ang uban 2 gb RAM, so on and so forth peru sa s2 exactly the same ang specs)

if sa software ka mag.tan.aw. if dri sa Pinas nmu gami2n WITHOUT localizing, unstable imu radio, mag wa2 ang signal, and if nai signal, limited imu text to 80 characters only.. if mu lapas ug 80, d nia isend or i.split nia ang message.

if imu xa iLOCALIZE, ang software rjd ang ma change.. ang shv-whatever mahimu na ug GT-i9100 or GT-i9300 for s2 and s3 respectively. ma wa na ang Korean apps nga naa (to be replaced by the bloatwares da sa samsung hehe) and ma wa ang 80 character limit... if mu ad2 ka sa download mode, english na sd xa and not korean..

naka try ko before ug s2 nga korean. gipa localize, nia stable na kau ang radio, and what was good about it was i was able to flash the i9100 firmware from sammobile. and was able to flash custom roms for the i9100.

naa sai korean nga LG G, G2, G Pro, etc. lahi2 sad na ila model numbers..

naai mga units nga Korean like gkan Pantech nga lisd i.localize. nga after localizing, naa jpn ang 80 character limit, or igu ra ma extend to 160 char limit..

4900 pesos. pero gasto ko screen protector and cover for 320. wala lng ko ni palit branded phone kay mga bata pa man gud gamit. spec wise, barato nga phone gi palit nako hehehehe.

So far, ok pa man gihapon iya overall performance. Nice pud iya camera labi na kung butangan og tweaks. Wala lang jud kaayo ko ka uyon sa design sa iyang camera sa likod kay ma himo og pang tukod. eheh ga burot man gud.
