In the comics, she never got her powers until she nearly died and was injected a serum and now she's in a tube same as the spider woman. But, she could be anybody, perhaps an original character, Marvel can surprise me.

Right, i forgot, the story was retconned. She was exposed to radiation while in utero. I'm not really a fan Skye being Jessica Drew. I'd prefer a better actress to play Spider-woman though Skye has been likable lately. Guess we'll wait and see.
