MyPhone A888 Useful Infos and Links

Till last night, wala gyud ko ka-tinker sa akong MyPhone A888.
It's not my everyday phone and so it remained unrooted and on official ICS firmware.

it was a shock therefore last night to see nga BaseBand unknown sa settings
therefore no network signal.
rooted my phone to check modem.img sa system folder and it was still there w/ the correct permissions.
Factory reset wa gihapon. Obvious resort is to flash and another way would be to replaced the perhaps corrupted modem image.

mao na akong na-problemahan because scarce ang info regarding the A888.
there is unta a MypHOne forum pero it's a pain in the A** kay you have to wait sa "moderation queue" to view download links.

well anyway , here are helpful infos and links

The Wiko Cink Peax has 1GB ram but it's ICS and JB roms are compatible w/ the myPhone A888.
i've tried both roms on my A888

make sure you have the correct rom for your device.

pero if imong problema is unlocking pin w/o USB Debug mode
pwede na via meta mode then adb sa Vroot then Android Miracle Tool then Windows enabler.

naa sad lain method sa gsmhosting naa utility didto.

edit - I have all the files here, pero honestly dugay nako wla ka tinker sa akong s3 clone ug MyPhone A888,(Mediatek devices)

months later ako napa warranty and gidala sa Service Center ang A888 kay naay portion sa screen nga dead
ma-notice lng nimo if mag play ka ug Candy Crush
ang mga technicians didto ni-insist nga ok ra kuno ang screen kay if mag pindot-pindot lang ka sa menu, magtext text naa may response.
so ako sila gipaduwa sa Candy Crush haha.
less than a week nailisan dayon ang screen.
