    Default i lost 31 lbs.... just by walking and eating the right food!


    well, during mornings i walk for 1 kilometer (from where the jeepney stops to my office). in the afternoon, i also walk from the office to abellana. i then do my round walks at the oval. i do this from monday to friday.

    breakfast: oatmeal or any cereal
    lunch: 1/2 cup rice and vegetables
    dinner: 1/2 cup rice and meat

    geiyah25: nice one! but i would suggest you modify your meal...

    breakfast: oatmeal + fresh fruit juice
    lunch: 1/2 cup rice and meat
    dinner: vegges and meat
    before bedtime: non-fat milk

    vegetables are carbohydrates, you lack protein in your meal plan... you are losing weight, so make sure your muscles are still there, or else you will end up "bones and skin"...

    geiyah25: I'm into Gaining and Losing weight.. heheh... i'm still on mass building right now... so i eat a lot... early next year will be my cutting season... about 3-4 months...

    By the way, how much did you weigh before you ripped of 30lbs?

    i was 166 lbs last december, i am enjoying a healthy weight of 135 lbs... i was amazed by how my body reacted to the cardiovascular exercise (walking).

    i agree...i lost some extra pounds by brisk walking and dieting...everyday ko adto sa abellana...i do brisk walking for 3 rounds and jogging for 2 rounds...nice jud ang feelings...labi na gawas ang singot...

    cutieara: what time ka sa abellana everyday? NA a ko sa abellana every saturday 4 to 5 pm mag practice ug arnis...if na a ka time, visit sad nako ngadto....

    lately wala nako nag adto sa abellana kay 6:30pm naman ko mogawas diri sa ofc..naapil man gud mi sa 4day work sa govt nya lau sad among ofc naa sa banilad...maybe by june i can go back to abellana and jog again...try nako on saturday if makaadto ko then il txt u...

    i dont believe in diet like waht they mentioned above...

    for me eat regularly ( meaning dili palabi ug kaun) then do some exercise...Thats what i do for my body and to my wife........
