Negligible. Didn't noticed much if any difference in billing. You might be better focusing on energy efficient processors and video cards.

My wireless router and adsl cpe/modem have both 9 Watts rate as per indications in their housings...

6 watts dual band WIFI BGN Gigabit router
3.6 watts cooler

mga 120.00pesos a month as based on calculation per kWhr of Veco.

I have a portable Wattmeter gadget, so i know how much power each device draw from the outlet.
