@supermarionism: i doubt your terrapins will survive the flight. checked baggage isn't usually placed in a pressurized compartment so they won't have enough oxygen. you would have to declare them as live animals so they can be handled accordingly. for this you need a permit.

@supermarionism: depends what type of terrapin you have there. if it requires a permit from DENR. BAI will issue the travel permit without a problem, given you have your DENR permit
