Small concern: Dli unta dapat apil ang mga fotogs nga official fotog sa Sinulog Foundation or sa sponsors just like every other contests. Dba if say apil kag contest sa Globe, naa mn na nga dli pwede apil ang employee or his/her relatives. Just my two cents.
